INGREDIENTS

Tart:
185g flour
50g powdered sugar
125g cold butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp cold water

Filling:
4 tbs melted butter
1 cup honey
1 tbs bourbon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whole pecans
100g granulated sugar
1 tsp salt

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes in 325°F
